Paper proposal
Call for papers, workshops and posters
Oral papers, workshop proposals or posters are accepted. Submissions can be made in French or English.
Submissions will be made via the conference website on the page Submit a proposal. For more information, you can consult the Guide du déposant.
Important dates
- March 1, 2022: opening of the call for papers
- June 30, 2022: closing of the call
- July 29, 2022: notification of the scientific committee's decisions
Accepted submissions will be announced on the conference website.
Proposal for oral communication
The conference will take place on Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 October 2022. It will be articulated around the three main axes of the conference (see the "Themes" section).
The presentations will be in French or English. They will last 15 minutes followed by 10 minutes of discussion. All presentations will be recorded and broadcasted live (an agreement will be required from the speakers).
The final version of the paper must be sent by October 14, 2022, in PDF format, to opensciencesud2@sciencesconf.org. It will be made freely available on the conference website under a CC-BY license.

- Themes (Themes to be chosen in the "Themes" section)
- Language of the paper (French/English)
- Keywords (3-5 keywords)
The Abstract (maximum 500 words) will outline the objectives of the presentation, its context and content. If your presentation is about a feedback, please also specify the approach and the resources mobilized, as well as the results of the experience and the perspectives.
Workshop proposal
For the workshops, the themes are extended to :
- Free software
- Free educational resources
- Participatory sciences
- Training activities related to open science
- Other activities related to open science.
Information to be entered :
- Title (Title of the workshop)
- Authors (Affiliations, emails)
- Themes (Themes to be chosen in the "Themes" section)
- Language of communication (French/English)
- Keywords (3-5 keywords)
- Duration (3h maximum)
The abstract (maximum 500 words) will include the objectives, context, content and teaching methods of the workshop.
The rooms have an internet connection and a video projector.
Poster proposal
For the posters, the themes are extended to :
- Free software
- Open educational resources
- Participatory sciences
- Training activities related to open science
- Other activities related to open science.
If your poster is accepted, you will need to provide a PDF document by October 14, 2022 and bring a printed version for display on the day of the conference: A0 size (84.1 x 118.9 cm) in portrait orientation. The digital version (PDF) will be made freely available on the conference website under the CC-BY license.
