Submit your proposal
Connection to the Sciencesconf platform
- In order to submit your proposal for papers, posters or workshops, you must first log in.
- You do not have an account on one of the CCSD platforms (Sciencescall.org, Sciencesconf.org, HAL or Episciences.org),
- create your account on the website of the "Science ouverte au Sud" conference by clicking on the button
- validate the creation of the account by activating the link received by mail (check if the mail has not arrived in the spam).
- You do not know if you have created an account :
- If you have a HAL account, you can renew :
- Once the account is activated, you can connect using your identifier (login) and the associated password.
Submitting your proposal
- Once connected, click on the following link: https://opensciencesud2.sciencesconf.org/user/submissions
- Choose the type of submission: Workshop / Communication / Poster
- Indicate the theme of your proposal
- Step 1 metadata : fill in at least the mandatory metadata (*)
- Step 2 authors : fill in at least the mandatory metadata (*). To add one or more authors, click on "Add an author".
The summary allows you to see all the information registered.
If you wish to modify information, click on the previous steps, otherwise click on "Submit."
It is possible for you to go back to your deposit if it has remained at the initial stage (no action from the reviewers and administrators). In this case, you can go to "My submissions" and click on the little pencil to the right of your deposit and make changes.
Tracking your submission
Once your submission has been evaluated, you will be able to access the scientific committee's opinion by clicking on the small eye on the right of your submission in the "My submissions" menu
If there are modifications to be made to your submission, you will receive an e-mail with the coordinator's comments.
